If you ask me what makes Jomtien Beach special, the answer is simple: balance.
You are close enough to Pattaya to enjoy everything the city offers, but far enough away to actually relax. That’s exactly why I decided to live here myself.
Jomtien Beach has a completely different atmosphere compared to central Pattaya. The beach road is more open, the vibe is calmer, and mornings here feel peaceful instead of chaotic.
Many guests tell me they originally planned to stay only a few days and ended up extending their stay because they simply enjoyed the lifestyle.
My favorite time here is early evening, when the beach becomes calm and the sunset colors start reflecting over the ocean.
One of my favorite things here is the beachfront walk in the early evening. The sunsets can be beautiful, especially when the sky turns orange and pink over the ocean while people sit by the beach with fresh coconut water or Thai street food.

Unlike some crowded beach destinations, Jomtien still feels comfortable for longer stays. It has enough restaurants, cafés, transport, and daily convenience, but it still keeps a relaxed beachfront feeling.
Many of our guests work remotely from here because the lifestyle is easy: morning coffee, ocean view, gym, beach walk, local food, and relaxed evenings.
That combination is very hard to beat.
